In one of his psalms, David debated with himself whether there really was a God.
Psalm 42
Fact of the Day
He asked himself:
“Where is your God?”
“Why are you in despair?”
“Why have you forgotten me?”
“Why are you in despair?”
He also answered himself:
“Hope, for I shall yet praise him.”
“I remember.”
“Hope in God.”
“His song will be with me for I shall yet praise him.”
