In order to get all eight books under one cover with print large enough that you don’t have to use a magnifying glass, we had to put the other nearly 200 pages in a supplement.   It contains things at the end of each chapter in the individual books:  life-application questions, scripture references, ancient writings of the period, and the full bibliography of other reference books used in the writing.  Also in the supplement is the educational and experiential backgrounds of the author, along with contact links.
