Fact of the Day
Surprise! Jobab was a duke, also translated chief and king. It could also be translated sheikh.
Uz is where Job lived and reigned. The city was named after Uz, a grandson of Shem. Eventually, the city became part of Edom.
Edom means red and was founded by Esau, red-haired son of Isaac and grandson of Abraham.
